Security Procedures

We are really glad you're planning to join us!
For safety reasons, we require that all children have name tags.

The first thing to do is download the Family Registration Form and list all children newborn through 5th grade who will be attending (you need only fill out one Family Registration Form).

When you arrive at Kid's Place for the first time, look for the check-in counter. Turn in the completed Family Registration Form and we will create a name tag and barcoded key tag.

Each week, regular attendees will use the barcode key tag, provided for them at the time of registration, to check in their children. When the barcode is scanned at one of our check in stations, a name tag for each child present is generated.

For first time guests to Blessing Place (0-3 years), we have implemented a three-part identification system:

1. A name tag is attached to your child's clothing.
2. A luggage tag is attached to diaper bag.
3. You are required to sign your child in and out.

Children 5 and under have a pager ID number that appears on their name tag and on the parent barcode key tag. When that number appears on the screen in the service the parent needs to return to the Kid's Place check in counter to see why you were needed.
